Notice of Proposed Rule-Making: Fisheries Rule and Hunting and Fishing Manner and Method of Taking Rule, including possession of game animal parts
The Department is providing this notice of proposed rule-making to members of the public who have requested to receive agency announcements, as well as those who have participated in the rule-making process.

A rule-making hearing, open to the public, is scheduled for Nov. 7 at the State Game Commission meeting in Los Alamos. The purpose of this rule-making hearing is to consider action as appropriate on the following; 1) proposed changes to the Fisheries Rule; 2) proposed changes to portions of the Hunting and Fishing Manner and Method of Taking Rule pertaining to fishing; and 3) portions of the Hunting and Fishing Manner and Method of Taking Rule pertaining to the possession of game animal parts.
